The pizza is pre cooked in a window. They heat it back up when you order. The crust was thick but still light. I assume it would be better if it were fresh.

Best Roman style pizza - pizza al taglio. Long, cold fermented crust, sauce made simply with organic tomatoes, salt and oregano, baked crisp on stone deck ovens. Have had pizza all over the world and this is the closest thing to pizza al taglio in Italy.
