Bulky brick-like crust. The more toppings, the easier it is to get past the dryness of the crust, but the normal Margherita cheese slice made it difficult to hide from the tough, chalky, blandness of the crust. The cheese actually isn’t terrible, fresh and plentiful, and the sauce isn’t particularly bad. The beer also helps bump it up from a 5.8 to a 5.9.
