Boom! As I pick up the slice, the tip is clinging to the parchment paper like the cliff hanger from in between the lions. Big flop, we’re talking almost 90 degrees. As I take the bite, cheese comes falling off like a mozzarella avalanche. Got any cheese? Yes Urkel there’s definitely lots of cheese. Moz is a good consistency, nice CHEW. Best part of the slice. Crust is fine, would prefer some crunch but that’s just me.We’re talking good pizza, not spectacular but not bad. Good.
