Basic cheese. Basic sauce. Floppy with a nice crispy crust. The best thing about the pie is the cook.

Ugh. So much potential. We pass this place all of the time and finally stopped. After a fresh salad and great Zucchini sticks, we were ready for the wood fired pizza. The dough is light but could use flavor. The sauce is sweet- a simple crushed tomato would be better. The cheese is fresh and quality, but is heavy for the crust. Maybe we aren’t the audience. We prefer NYC style. It is always busy. Give it a try. See for yourself.

Cracker crust, tasty toppings.

Nice crisp crust. Good flavor on the sauce. A little more love while the pizza is cooking would be good as one side tends to be more overdone than the other. Besides that this is definitely the best pizza within 50 miles of Cumberland MD for sure.

I’d like to start by saying, I’m quite the critic. However, this pizza is knock your socks off. Light, thin and crispy crust, solid hearty marinara, and multiple cheese with serious tang. Well done pizza pie.
