Pudgie's Pizza

Pudgie’s Pizza since 1963. I noticed a dough mixer in the corner which gets me exited as the dough is going to be fresh but let’s break down what’s going on here. To start, the kid taking my order took forever putting 2 slices in the box (I should of only ordered 1 slice). They didn’t re deck my slice so it was served Luke warm. The dough is floppy and on the thicker side with the crust being the only thing crispy here. So much for the fresh dough if it’s not executed right. The sauce, plain, flavorless. Literally nothing going on in this sauce. The cheese, standard and decent. I’m disappointed in this pizza, lack of flavor and poor execution is hurting what could be a good slice.
