Needed about 5 more minutes in the oven, overall the sauce is solid. The cheese is very thickly layered, solid pie!

Another pizza review while in South Chicago after shooting a HS playoff football game. It’s a small cozy little place in a South Chicago neighborhood. Owners were nice and made pizza to my liking. I had Fox’s on Wolf in Mokena earlier in the day and scored that higher but this is still a very very good pizza. Great crisp, good sauce and the right amount of cheese. Would 100% want to come back while visiting family on Southside for sure.

One bite everybody know the rules was told this pizza was 8.6 I wouldn’t say 8.6 it’s good pizza but wouldn’t drive more than 10 minutes.

This is what Chicago Pie, built by an off-duty Chicago Firefighter is all about! Crisp, just the right amount of cheese, cooked perfectly, and the taste was killer! STELLAR!!!
