Pulcinella Wood-Fired Pizza

I don't know who rated this a 8.2 but the pizza is below football pizza. The dough has no flavor. The Sausage is store bought. Sauce is basic at best and it's soupy

Going by Dave's scale, where 8 is to travel for, IDK if this pie reaches that level but I'm going with 8.3. It was fucking delicious IMO. The sauce was tangy, decent crunch on the crust, good cheese/sauce ratio, and the wood oven crisp/taste was phenomenal. Will definitely be going back. Also, a date spot for sure.

Large cheese pizza, 6:20pm on a Saturday, $15.95 Pros: Delicious crust with nice a CT char. Sauce and cheese both taste great and the ratio was just right, nice tang to the sauce with a great coastline. Cons: A little tough or dense in the crust but not overly so, still highly enjoyable. Verdict: Strong showing here, one of the finest quality pies I've ordered in some time. Only a couple places I've visited in Fairfield County I could say might rival this pizza.

Wood Fired Up at Pulcinella !!!

Not bad. Way to greasy even though it’s a pepperoni pie. Even after a quick fire reheat a lot of flop. Great crust. Sauce could need a spike. Eh it’s pizza 🍕
