Pummarola Midtown "Pizza Napoletana"

Really Neapolitan style pizza. What it lacks in crust it includes freshness of the dough which I like about this style. It’s all about the freshness. Cheese and sauce all tasted fresh and combined with the good dough it’s a tasty treat. Because of its thickness and lack of crunch it does get filling quick so it’s not a pizza you can have alot of.

Rookie score, couldn’t decide between 6.9 or 7.1. Did the pizza class which is amazing, learned a lot. Dough was good (stole the recipe to make it in the house) sauce was fresh, problem came with the cheese. The instructor told us to put low moisture mozz and fresh which I thought was weird. In the end the low moisture mozz made it kinda crap. For some reason, the videos on the tv and pictures around the place didn’t have pictures of margheritas with low moisture mozzarella. Neapolitan pizza should never have it, and if this pizza didn’t have it, it would have been high sevens or 8s

2nd best pizza in Miami to Mister 01, but very good.
