This is authentic Neapolitan pizza, and it has the stamp of approval from the VPN in Naples Italy. The crust is light, soft, and foldable, the ingredients are premium, which is true to the style.

A floppy, light pizza with good flavor. A tangy sauce, the crust is thin, not much crunch. Very doughy.

Really good as long as they don't overcook and burn the crust

Brick oven burn taste isn't bad. Just not a complex pizza.
