Sauce was good. Very floppy, to the point that sauce and cheese fell off. Very doughy. Was hoping for a little crunch but none at all. Decent Neapolitan pizza.

The was for the margarita with búfalina mozzarella. All of the fresh ingredients were there for a fantastic Neapolitan. Some floppy, Zero crunch and very doughy. Wood flavor was good. Still the lack of crunch and thickness hurt it.

I wanted so much more for this pizza. Very doughy, I folded it to eat. The sauce was a little on the tangy side, and the cheese and basil were fresh.

Neopolitan. Would like it cooked more.

Extremely floppy and undercooked. Falls apart when you pick it up. Would not recommend.

Margarita Buffalo mozzarella

Pleasing to the eye, good sauce, big Arlington flop, but the crust wasn’t crispy enough, not bad tho overall.

Chorizo. Bad flop. Hot. Great sauce.
