Pyro’s Fresh Fire Pizza - “Breakfast Pizza”
This is one of my favorites. The Breakfast Pizza is oil based with cheddar and mozzarella cheese, sausage, bacon, diced potatoes, peppers and onions, (I add roasted garlic and a little feta), topped with an egg and spinach. I asked them to keep it in for a little longer because I like the char that comes from their oven. The thin, crispy, slightly charred crust is one of my favorites. The only downside is a little bit of inconsistency in the way the pizza is built because of all the different workers. I definitely recommend this pizza if you like the listed ingredients. It’s not a normal menu item, so you’ll just have to ask for it.
