First bite in Manhattan. Was better than expected

Really good NY slice place! I had a plain cheese and an upside down. Both were crispy, with a really flavorful slight spicy sauce. Great undercarriage, good balance, just the way it should be.

Walked into the place and the guy told me too grab a coke, sauce was light, undercarriage was crispy but not firm enough, not enough cheese for me but good sauce, good all around slice for the price.

Cheese - thin, crispy, chewy. Excellent

Nice crust. Sauce was a little sweet for my liking. Good cheese however, a little chewy. Not a bad slice.
