Amazing neopolitan in an awesome atmosphere. I could eat this everyday!

Campbell’s Soup on a pizza.

The sauce and cheese were very fresh. Straight out of the brick oven. May have lit the roof of my mouth on fire but this was a good pizza.

A lot of flop on the pizza. Great taste tho, one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had.

I was in line at Reginas yesterday and somebody said Quattro had amazing pizza. Ummmm. I have to disagree. The two aren’t even close. I mean. Yes, the pizza is okay but that’s about as far as I would go. Crust was light. No crips. Not a lot of flavor in the sauce. It had oregano and garlic which spiced it up a bit. A bit.

Great pizza.

A little floppy for my taste, and the only part that had crunch to it was the crust. The sauce was good and the cheese tasted great, but I think the consistency of the dough could have been a little better. Not terrible, not amazing, good.
