Queen's Pizza & Restaurant

I did a review back in September here and I was a bit disappointed. I ordered a plain slice that was probably sitting around for a while and very average. Our administrator of this sight Slice To Meet You - Tampa Area Pizza Reviews , mentioned that it is one of his more favorite places to go, so I want to be fair to the place and review it once again. We ordered the Queens special pizza and it was a winner. It had a nice cheese taste around the edge that was brownd perfectly and crust similar to a deep dish. Very filling, great toppings, a good solid meal.

First off this is not NY style pizza. This is New England/Greek style pizza. It’s a thicker pan pizza with a golden slightly buttery crust with excellent crisp on the cornicione with a nice chew. Cheese is a mix of cheddar and mozzarella, and the sauce is a bit heavier with oregano leading the charge. It’s a great example of this style of pizza. There’s a lot of flavor going on here. Bonus is the slices reheat beautifully.

No flop, lots of cheese, good flavor, great service, and crust is good too. All in all, definitely a good option when in the area.

Not horrible ... I’m from jersey so I gotta he picky with pizza. Dough is eh, crust is pretty decent. The prices here are great though. You can’t beat the deals

TONS of Florida flop. Soggy crust. Wings tasted frozen. Sad!
