Best pizza I’ve had in Charlotte. Great little spot. Tastes great cold next day, still crispy.

Well, I can absolutely confirm that whoever rated this pizza in the 8’s must be an owner. This pizza is thin, flavorless and completely forgettable. A little salt, oregano and basil would go a long way in helping this pizza be much better.

Although my boy on the video is tough he is fair. This pizza is top notch for Charlotte area pizza. If I were to judge it based off Charlotte area alone it’s an 8.2. But I have had the best in the country 7.1 months ago when

Some of the best NY pizza down in Charlotte. But hard to compare to the likes of John Bleeker and Joes Pizza

Previous scores were obviously self-serving or rookies. This was the greasiest and floppiest pizza I may have ever had. The crust was thicker than I like but the sauce seemed to have decent flavor - which is why this pizza was spared from the 4’s. Definitely not football pizza, bar pizza or even drunk pizza material. Case in point: they couldn’t even cut the first pizza they brought me because it was a doughy, greasy mess. The picture is from the second pie (which didn’t look much better than the first).

We try cauliflower pizza crust anytime it’s on a menu. This one is best we’ve found in a 20 mile radius! It’s worth the trip!

Delicious Pizza, reminds us so much of NYC. Nice thin crust and oh boy perfect pizza oil which is definitely NY style. Also makes the perfect NY fold.
