Pizza Review
Happy Canada Day weekend to you, it’s time to kick off the weekend early with another pizza review. I’m here at Rad Pizza in Jackson Square. I know nothing about this place, it’s relatively new. When I hear “Rad” I think of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and they love pizza. Let’s see if this is a good omen. It’s mildly busy here at lunch time, good sign. They serve craft beer and wine here but you still order cafeteria style. I’m confused but I have high hopes. It’s a thin crust Neapolitan style that’s really trendy now. I think those are wood ovens. Some bubbling and char on the crust. The little pepperoni’s are totally tubular dude. Good texture, tastes pretty good! It’s not totally bodacious but it’s kinda whatever. 7.1 - I would eat this any day of the week but this is not in it to win it. I paid $22.50 for a craft cola and a smallish pepperoni pizza. I would say that’s the worst value in the city. I would come back for the pizza but I’m no sucker. There are many better options in the area. They’ll be closed in a year or two. Lates yo!
