New place, or at least relatively new. There is a bar/restaurant separate from the pizzeria side.
The score before me is a little harsh. It’s definitely better than a 5.5...
Brick ovens excite me and this place has a double brick oven! Pizza was crispy with the help of a little cornmeal on the bottom. The crust was also crispy but tough in some spots.
The review before me stated he could taste a spaghetti sauce flavor and that holds true. Pasta and pizza sauces are different and I prefer a zesty, hearty sauce. It wasn’t an overwhelmingly strong pasta sauce taste and was actually good with the cheese filled bites, so I’m a little torn.
The cheese is fresh with good flavor.
Overall, it’s almost NYC thin but falls short with the sauce and parts of the dough.
