The perfect mix of crispy and chewy. Good sauce flavor and ratio of ingredients. The knots are also awesome without sauce but the dipping sauce tells you how good their ingredients are.

Fresh off the press so cheese was hot and melty. Despite that the bottom was not cooked enough. Slightly disappointing. This isn’t my first time having Ralph’s but it is my first time reviewing it. Maybe I just caught them on a bad busy day but for a place like that there shouldn’t be any excuses

Dave way off in this one. Too cheesy and not enough crust heel for my liking. Crust could’ve had more air to lighten it up too. A little dense.

Very good pizza!!!!! I’ve been looking for a chance to get to Ralph’s. It’s worth the drive. I will definitely be back. Texture… flavors… everything was great!

Love the Italian atmosphere, but pizzas are very inconsistent. The thin pizza is solid and likely high 7s. Crust still bland (seemingly typical of NJ pizza) and nothing special about the sauce or cheese that would qualify this for high 8s. The non thin was below a 7. Greasy, floppy, mediocre at best ingredients. Solid spot but not worth traveling to.

On the way to MetLife before Oasis, I had to carb up on NJ Pizza. Portnoy was 🎯 with his scores. I’ll even go a little better. Make the drive. Enjoy the pizza.

One of the better pizzas I’ve had. A little on the thinner side, so my fat a$$ ate the whole 14” in one sitting. Sauce and toppings were above average (pepperoni is my go to like alot of others). Got extra cheese and I noticed that during a bite it wouldn’t pull the cheese off the rest of the pizza, so I assume quality cheese. However, the beat part to me was the crust. They cooked it great and had a perfect crisp in the bites (not brittle, not soft, but perfect). Great pizza.

Debating between 9.2 and 9.3 biggest problem it was extremely soupy but other than that everything was stellar. I know some of it was my fault because I picked it up five or 10 minutes after my pick up time but damn.

I could put away this pizza all damn day. Super thin and flavorful. Crust was a little crackery - not bad at all but not exactly my preference

Ralph’s is consistently delish. Tried their regular cheese pizza with (beef) meatballs and artichokes. So good!

Stopped because of the Portnoy 8.9 rating. Definitely a great tasting pie and well done but don’t think it’s an 8.9. Will definitely stop of in the area but not driving out of the way for it again.

Delicious. No flop, sweet tasting sauce, crisp and thin, and cooked to perfection. Ate a whole large pie by myself. Great atmosphere and old school vibe.

Really good pizza. The sauce is the superstar here and it's nice and crispy. Knocked a bit off because the top right 25% of the pizza was just dough, barely any sauce and no cheese. It could have been hotter too. The short Spanish guy behind the counter took the pizza out early and the cashier told him to put it back in. He is opening the ovens every 2 seconds (not an exaggeration) almost maniacally to check on pizzas. Its dropping the heat of the oven constantly.

Place looked so promising, not sure what happened. May have been served a gluten free pie by mistake. Crust and dough was very weird
