I downloaded this stupid app just to write this review. After respecting “most” of Dave’s reviews as legitimate, I have to say he was either paid off, blackmailed, or smoking crack when he rated this pizza. He got me to drive an hour away for home-made Sbarro’s. The old school vibe of the place is great, staff is was mostly friendly. There is absolutely nothing thin about their thinnest slice. The cheese tastes like ny dollar slice cheese. After having Di Farra’s, to rate this anything 7 and above is extremely generous, 8 and above is borderline insanity. Someone needs to reign Davey boy back in before he renders his reviews as irrelevant entertainment.

Not my first time having Ralph’s, first review. This pizza is unique. The double bake adds the char. This pizza has absolutely 0 flop. The cheese is the star. It’s salty and it’s creamy. The crisp and the crunch last well after the pie comes out. It’s beautifully cooked, tasty pizza every single time and you won’t regret making the trip.

Thinner crust but not quite bar pie. More chewy than crispy with little flavor. Cheese dominates for me, which I tend not to love. Nothing putting it over the top imo but can see it being a solid enough go-to if you live nearby

Really tough to score. This pizza is great. Super light crust and a cooked perfectly. Nice sauce and subtle cheese with lots of bubbles. One of my favorite pizzas that I will definitely return for.

#2 on the north jersey trip. Way cheesier than Angeloni’s but super similar crust. Going a little lower cause a bit too cheesy.

Wow. Intensely flavorful and incredibly crispy. Amazing. I wish I lived near here. Definitely coming back and bringing my wife next time. That sauce just lights up your mouth.

Back in Jersey and wanted to try this spot for my birthday as it’s Dave’s highest rated in my area that I haven’t been to. From the looks of it online I didn’t expect it to live up to the 8.9 rating, but had to see for myself. It was crispy and had no flop, but crust may have been a bit too crispy. Cheese was great but wish sauce had more flavor. Still pretty good overall

This pizza is pretty good. It's a little well done which I'm not the biggest fan of but it doesn't make it worse in any way. It has a pretty thick crust so thake that as you will. The cheese was alright, and I think they could use a bit more sauce but overall not bad.

Amazing pizza. The char was amazing on the crust. The cheese has an interesting uniqueness to it. Only thing i had a problem with was how oily it was.

Bandits disputed on this one. Bandit one found there to be a lack of sauce and a weird aftertaste. Bandit 2 however did not find any issues with sauce proportion and liked the uniqueness of the cheese. However both could agree that the crisp was crispy. Eggcellent crisp. Bandit 1- 7.6 Bandit 2- 8.4 Bandit 1- Ralph’s, how ya doing Ralph’s. Bandit 2- Ralph’s how ya doing Ralph’s. Ralph’s you can come on over.

Got it well done but some slices were like a piece of charcoal! Take out of the oven and Bring it ova. lotta hype about this place. The PorkBoy went too high as usual, he likes the bougie spots doesn’t he? I give it this, it’s a clean pie. I’m gonna go 7.9. If it was my local spot, I’d like it, but I would long for the days of an old school slice.
