Randazzo's Bistro

Stopped into Randazzo’s Bistro on Egg Harbor Road in Sewell, NJ — lowkey spot in a strip mall, but don’t let the location fool you. This place knows what it’s doing. The plain slice is textbook Jersey: thin crust with solid undercarriage, nice little crunch on the bite, but still has that doughy chew. Sauce is bright, a little sweet but not overdone, and the cheese is quality — not greasy, great melt, and evenly balanced. This is no gimmick pizza — just straight-up, consistent, real-deal Jersey pizza done right. You can tell they’ve been doing it a while and take pride in it. Reheats well too, which is a big plus. Not quite a destination pie, but if you’re within 20-30 minutes? Worth the trip. Solid 8.2 — one bite, everybody knows the rules.

Crust is good, but other than that not blown away by this slice. Sauce lacks flavor and it smells off in my opinion. Nice people though maybe caught them on a bad day? Will re-evaluate later

This is very good pizza. It’s nice and neat not too greasy and cheese doesn’t fly off it. Although not as crispy as others say. Maybe it’s a fluke. Definitely not floppy though. But I was expecting crispy throughout and very thin.

There’s a lot of average pizza joints in this little area, but Tina’s isn’t one of them. This pizza is STRONG. It’s on the thinner side, the crust is crispy and flaky, the cheese (one of the better blends I’ve had) is melted to perfection and complimentarily paired with a bold, flavorful sauce. I agree with another reviewer here. This is summer night strolling down the boardwalk of Ocean City pizza. Little Jimmy’s got an ice cream cone, the wife’s in a hoodie you just spent $40 on bc she didn’t think the wind would be that chilly this time. It’s waves crashing on a sun soaked beach. Whatever your boardwalk pizza experience, it’s all of the good things of that. That’s the review.

Crispy , thin , not greasy at all. Tasty sauce! 8.1 one bite everyone knows the rules
