Pizza Review
Closest to an NYC ‘slice pie’, I’ve seen in NC. When compared to most regional take-out offerings, you’ll find this a notch above because of better ingredients. Not the best, but surely not the cheapest stuff being passed off. The crust could be slightly crispier, yet I’m fine with a little ‘flop’. The sauce is a touch sweeter than most and combining it with the right amount of oregano and traditional seasoning balance, it serves up the proper pizzeria nose. Served with a light golden hue to ensure the cheese is cooked. The first pie I’ve ordered in the triangle where I didn’t have to request prep modifications and for this they get an additional point. Thin is in at Randy’s and I’m on board.
