Had a NYC guy send me to Tiny Champions DownTown for “the best pizza in Houston.” Trash. RC puts Tiny Chumpions on the table saw.

Under carriage look and flavor 8.5. Tasty char.
Flop 8.9. No complaints
Crust crispy with flaky edges 9.3
Sauce is light, not the star of the show and doesn’t need to be 7.3
Mozz perfect 10
Pep flavor is amazing 8.5 (.5 point deduction cause I prefer the small cupped pepperoni. They’re like little bowls of greasy goodness. So good - read bias).
Spot is a 9.0. Good vibes. Not a mobbed up spot obviously, this is suburban Houston. But it’s got an old school feel. maroon leather booths, chill yellow lighting, not too loud or echoey. Yankee sh*t on the walls…suspect. Yuck the Fankees, but whatever.

Bonus Review: If you’re not from the Midwest and dipping pizza in ranch is sacrilege, move along and figure it out.
Ranch can be hit or miss. RC hits - 3 oz cups of ranch are perfect 10. Creamy, big enough cup to accommodate the dip, no drip, no tang, just smooth dill goodness.
