RC'S NYC PIZZA & PASTA - The Woodlands

RC’s pizza has the BEST jumbo wings hands down. I’d debate best wings in all of Houston thus far. Pizza is great; lots of different options and plenty to go around. You got to try their cannolis before you pay the bill. The only part that isn’t authentic NYC? The staff is actually happy to see you! Very personable service. The owner will often roll up his sleeves and serve you himself. Good food, good people.

Pizza was great. They have a secret menu. Ask to view it and order from that.

Pizza is OK. Being from upstate NY where every town has a pizza place, all I can say is that this pizza is sort of like the tallest midget in the room. Better than the chains, but doesn't come close to real NY or Detroit style pizzas. I'm still searching but I just don't think anyone in the Houston area can make a decent pie.

New Haven style and grandma style are the go-to. New Haven zero flop, solid option. Grandma is thinner Sicilian and really good. One of the best in Houston area.

Had the New Haven style. Great pizza! Great service by Tylen. Owner RC was great to talk with and provided great service! From the ingredients, product, service, and experience. RC knows pizza. Dave, you have to visit next time you visit the Houston area.

RC does every style of pizza right- Detroit, fluffy, crispy. New Haven, thin, crispy perfect sauce to cheese ratio. Chicago deep dish, massive and baked to perfection, now available every day. Traditional NY is as close as you can get without using NYC water (IYKYK) All dough and sauces are made in-house. RC is on the US Pizza Team and has won numerous awards both domestically and internationally (for good reason). If you want doughy, bland pizza - go somewhere else. If you want full crunch, robust flavor- RC’s has it. Locally owned.

Decent taste. A bit greasy

Crust was too crunchy, blend of sauce/cheese was not good. Would not get again.

Cheese slice is a 7.6. A little greasy, nice no flop, good crust, nice char. Pepperoni slice is a 7.9. Everything from the cheese slice is the same except a bit more flavorful. Average of the two is 7.8. I’m a bit bias to the pepperoni so take it as you wish.

Fantastic Pizza, I love getting slices here due to the reheating factor... Super crispy, no flop, no grease. Great slides for Texas

Wasn’t disappointed at all! Crust isn’t TOO thin, perfect amount of thinkness. I’m not big on the crust, but it was good! Sauce is great. Had a good flop to it!! 👌🏽

Everyone knows the rules... great sauce, lots of flavor, decent flop. Solid slice.

Some of the best pizza in The Woodlands, sometimes it’s a 8.8, others it’s a 6.4, so the consistency could be better
