Solid pie. Crust was good. A little floppy in the middle but otherwise good. The better half says her calzone was a 10/10

This quaint family run and family friendly Italian restaurant is a Phoenix landmark and really a great spot. We ordered two pies, their Italian Special and a classic cheese. The Special was soggy in the center and the cheese was okay, but overcooked to the point of greasy. Both really the result of poor time & temperature management. Gonna return to try their classic Italian dishes.
