Found this spot on the app as I was passing through town and got hungry. GPD took me through a real crappy neighborhood and literally through back alleys, to get to this place and I nearly abandoned the mission, I’m glad I stuck it out. I ordered a white clam pizza off of their specials menu and asked for it well done. Bar maid was excellent and on point throughout. Pizza was one of the best I recall having in recent years. Crispy dough with perfect undercarriage. Toppings were all top shelf. Fresh garlic taste mixed so well with the taste of the clams and the mozzarella yielded cheese pulls for miles! Pecorino-Romano sprinkled atop was like a creamy salting that crowned the pie quite nicely. I don’t get to Troy often, but I’m co soldering going back just to try another sampling. Yes, it was that good!
