Dough is decent. Sauce and cheese could be better. Wouldn’t drive farther than 10 minutes for it.

I accidentally posted this pizza on yesterday its not Red Oven Wood Fire Pizza . It was BJ's Bar and Grill on 184 Washington St. Florissant MO It was delicious 8.7, tho I would have like the under carriage little more well done. Don't worry I'm going to try Red Oven Wood Fire Pizza next

Loved the crust. One of the best I have had in this area. Light crisp, undercarriage was quite nice, just enough char. Would have liked to gotten a little more from the sauce but it was still pretty good. Good amount a cheese. Sausage was very good. Overall a good solid pie. I recommend this place, no doubt.
