Eye test- maybe a tad iffy. Tough one to call “Just trust our crust” is the motto. The marketing firm that came up with that was way overpaid Cheese- really nice. Has a little kick. Perfect chew. No complaints Sauce- a bit bland but it does blend nicely. Not sweet, and minimal spice Dough- look, it’s not outstanding, but it is above average. The crust without cheese or sauce tastes very good. Great, reasonable crunch Ratio- all good Execution- slightly above average Chopin once said, “Somehow a box with keys and strings seems so simple. But composing for piano might be the most difficult job in the world.” Perfecting pizza is equally challenging. This is fine for the neighborhood.
