Floppy, greasy mess because all the cheese is in the center (see image with only sauce on periphery). This causes grease pooling. The sauce and cheese itself were ok. The outer crust is good - crunchy, light, and fluffy. Definitely would not give it a 7.8, but I acknowledge each palate is different. The pizzas were also too expensive, but that’s besides the point. I tried the pepperoni too, and it was densely packed with the pepperoni which drowned out the grossness of the greasy crust, as on the traditional/cheese.
