Redfish Pizza

Special guest Banana with me this time. I had no idea what to expect; some friends had given me really mixed reviews, one loving it and the other feeling quite indifferent. We got the thin & crispy pepperoni. Our first bites were both followed by a good "hmm!" Turns out this pizza has a nice flavor to it. We both ate our first slice without adding anything. The sauce has a good taste; a balanced sweet tang. The crust is pretty standard, but nicely crispy. I did enjoy it most while it was hot though. Based on that, I get the impression it might not age as well as some others, so I'd say enjoy it fresh. Maybe the hand-tossed is different in that regard. Idk. I didn't have it. But yeah, the flavor here stands out, making what could've been a generic pie, a rather enjoyable one. I could certainly see myself eating here again :)
