Delivery was two hours late... that’s not gonna show up in the score, but holy smokes 2 hours and no discount? The large deep dish was 40 fucking bucks! Anywho, dry and super bready, way too much cheese, not enough sauce, a very boring flavor, super forgettable. Lefty’s kicks this place in the balls

Definitely good pizza. The only thing knocking it is that it has doughy crust, grease, and a little too much sauce. Those are just personal preferences though

Great slice, I’m almost sure would have gotten a higher score if I got it fresh out of the oven

Great nyc style pizza. Perfect pizza to watch football with. Would like to try the Chicago style next.

Best pizza in San Diego. Every pie I’ve tried has been amazing.

This is an excellent pizza. For once, there is really good New York style pizza in California. Regents is kind of a gem of La Jolla, the location is great, the pizza menu is very diverse (lots of good looking deep dish options) but their New York slices have classic flop, delicious saucy flavor, rich cheese and a crisp crust. It could be a little floppier/cheesier, but that’s a very small concern. 8.6 Frankie.

Definitely exceeded my expectations for a deep dish San Diego pizza. Great sauce, cheese and perfectly cooked crust. I usually order their other style pizza but will order again.

Just moved to San Diego from Chicago. My expectations for pizza are very high! This is the best I’ve had and it isn’t close. I like deep dish but #ThinToWin

Regents has pushed the limit on the thin sliced pizza because I think this may be the thinnest slice I’ve had, but not necessarily in a bad way. Pizza has a lot of flop but holds itself together quite nice. The flavor is great along with the crust. A little bit greasy but doesn’t kill the pizza. They didn’t have my usual marg per slice so I went with their alternative that didn’t have a tomato, but enjoyed it just as much. I’ll be back for more and to try their deep dish
