cheese isn't very high profile. i like the doughy big y esque crusy. sauce is okay

Soooo…. living in Boston means naturally I’ve been here many times before esp since I love rating pizza and this is in the holy trinity of Dave’s pizza spots in town. But everytime I’ve went, I’ve literally been so stunned that I’ve forgot to actually put a proper review on it. 9.1, I love halftime pizza and I’m an avid advocate for it, but I just have to be honest with myself- Regina takes the cake. This pizza just works, you taste it and you know it’s just DIFFERENT. Sauce, cheese, crust are all in harmonious unison- they are creating the perfect song in your mouth. The slices are nice and big, but it isn’t heavy. It’s genuinely just so satisfying to bite into it and feel all of the ingredients working together. Go go go.

Highest score I’ve ever given and I lived in NY. The flavor is exceptional - the crunch, crust and cheese are unmatched. Almost ate the pie myself.

This was an absolute bummer. The bottom left of this picture says it all, uncooked dough. Not sure why there is so much hype here.

The best pizza I tasted in Boston and surrounding areas. The bread, crust. Sauce, peps, cheese everything was great. It was amazing. Loved the vibe in the pizzeria. I actually met an older guy leaving to the airport on the line that used to work there as a kid, back then he said it was a quarter, then it went up to 40 cents. And S o on. Gave us the history and man it’s just such a great place. My wife rated a 10 & she wasn’t even hungry. Hand down the best pizza Ive tasted in the last few years. Next time I need to try the gourmet pizza as to the old gentleman persisted.

Outstanding pizza. Ingredients all blend together to create an amazing pie. Crispy and crunchy under carriage, quality cheese and an amazing sauce. A top tier place.

Leaving it at a 9.3 because there might be better pizza somewhere, but I haven’t found it. The sauce and the crust are perfect. Would fly to Boston for a weekend and eat this pizza for every meal.

I can’t lie, this is the best pizza I’ve ever had. I am only short of rating a 10 because there may be a better one somewhere but it’s going to take a huge step to get a better score than Regina’s. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. No hype just honesty. Taste is in the mouth of the beholder and this pie is beholden!!! Wow!

Incredibly disappointing. I went in with high expectations but was met with a doughy, cheesy mess. Basically no crisp. Terrible cheese to sauce ratio. Taste was ok. Can’t fathom this getting higher than a 6.1

Best pizza I’ve had in awhile! Walked along the freedom trail and found this plate on the app so I had to try it. Great crunch, cheese was tasty, little bit of char that didn’t take away from the crust. Got here at 3:30pm and was able to sit down immediately!

Awesome sauce, ingredients. Bit soupy on 1/4 of the pie but still a damn good pie.

Wasn’t quite as crispy as I thought it would be but I couldn’t stop eating the crust at the end. The left overs were even $$$ the next morning.

Hands down my favorite pizza in Boston! I have to agree with Dave on this one!
