Pizza Review
I’ve been eating pizzeria Regina since before most of you were even born. Their pizza has evolved over the years. The main difference is the crust which used to be thinner. Inexplicably and stupidly people today like to overload their pizzas with too many toppings, and the original Regina crust couldn’t handle it. Their crust is now less thicker than it used to be so it can handle your ridiculous barrage of useless toppage. Traditional toppings have remained the same. It’s absolutely true that the branch locations don’t really represent the product at the original north end location. Quality control needs to be taken more seriously, instead of riding on your reputation. I would like to see them do a throwback pie to the way they used to make it in the 1980s and 90s. Stick with one or two toppings, no pizza ever needs more than that. Broccoli chicken sun-dried tomatoes ricotta cheese are all fine in other dishes but they do not belong on pizza. Original sausage has always been a favorite of mine. Deal with it.
