Regina Pizzeria

Milestone review. I went in very open minded not sure what to expect and was looking for specific criteria not so much what I would normally like. First off this is old school as it gets inside and has great service. The pizza itself is a looker and this on a Tuesday night was their best effort as it was cooked perfect had that brick oven taste and flavor in the crust which really stood out to me as thick as it was for a traditional style. The undercarriage was dark leopardy and crispy with a lot of airyness. The cheese tho is unlike anything else super silky had great pull and is matched perfectly with some tangy sauce that’s almost overshadowed but not. As an experience this is just like the first time I went to Bleeker. It’s something I’ll always rememeber and hope to come back again.
