Renzo's Cafe Pizzeria

There was potential but there was a lot of flop and grease overall not much flavor

Perfect appearance, texture and temperature. My pie could have used a little more sauce. Somethings missing, even when I add salt, pepper and red chili flakes. The Renzo’s on N. Federal Hwy has that something, I’m thinking it’s the pizza stone in the oven that gives it that extra flavor. This pizza is good and consistently good. I’m still looking for greatness in Boca Raton.

Definitely need to go back just for the cheese pizza for a true review. But this was a damn good pizza. Crispy, zero flop. Came out smokin hot

Solid pizza!

On first looks, it’s at least an 8. Initial reaction after the first bite, 7.5. Sauce is sweet and tangy. Cheese is wholesome with good flavor, but fairly greasy. Right after swallowing, there’s a not-so-good basil-y taste that follows. The score takes a bit of a dip from there. The wife says it still belongs in the 7’s. I say 6’s. It’s debatable. I’ll pick my battles. Don’t judge a book by its cover.

One bite, everyone knows the rules. I think either they made a really good pie for Dave or Dave doesn’t know good pizza. Crispy but it was the Atlantic Ocean of grease. Crust was inedible. Couldn’t force myself to eat more than two slices. I also got a Grandma slice and it was only one bite because the rest was hard as a rock. Wasn’t burnt just hard. Not pricey though so that’s fine.

Burnt cold pizza this one bite gets you a flat out zero.
