72 hour ferment sourdough crust is awesome, pizza was thin and crispy with a good chew factor, will def be coming back from Seattle. Did a make my own classic pepperoni, jalapeños and pineapple.

Margherita with fresh basil and mozzarella, needs a little more crisp and definitely more cheese.

Great craft beer! And really good pizza! Great find hidden in Newcastle.
