Restaurant Navona

Fresh, light crust. Good crisp, flavor was on point. The sausage pizza has a noticeable spice and it's delish. The white pizza with broccoli Rabe and mushrooms was what dreams are made of.

Artsy Fartsy. But good. Coal Fired. Great crust, ingredients. Very good. Maybe a bit salty. But great!

Not greasy, fresh tomato and crust is delish, but although a fan of sea salt...not a fan of it on this pizza...overall lacking something that leaves my judgmental 7.8 score

They make something on the order of a personal sized pizza. Everything is wood fired which gives the crust a perfect crisp. Fresh mozzarella really makes it pop. It could use a bit more sauce. Overall one of my faves.

All right everybody, pizza review time! Once again a wood fired pizza catches my radar, I don’t walk, I run, the day of. Well, I wish I knew about this before now, but better late than never. It’s been on New Scotland ave for 4 years this coming January. It was fucking delicious! Great date night restaurant, great date night pizza. I love wood fired, and I love Margherita pizza. You see the char, the light airy crust, the crisp, the light hand pulled mozzarella, the well executed sauce. Pizza with a soft mouthfeel? Like hay, pillowy NEIPA? Yes! Now, I did get the salt another review spoke of, but I thought accented the dough, elevated the flavors, subtle, hint, dash. And the very nice staff, the four I talked with were great. The pizza though, I really don’t understand how nobody is talking about this. Well, I am now. I’m talking very highly about Navona

Standard Neapolitan... could have been cooked a little more. The dough was wayyy over salted - and that’s saying something for my tastebuds.
