Brilliant pizza. Stefano Faïta knows what he’s doing. Ingredients are spread out perfectly. Crust and cheese have an intriguing smokiness to them, which give them personality. Great crisp. No flop. Could be crispier, but it’s near perfect. Only thing I’d improve it put more sauce on it. It tastes good, but there’s almost none. Best I had in Montreal so far
