I figured the pepperoni would be closest to a plain slice but that comes with the caveat that this had hot honey and a lot of extra oil from the pepperoni. The tomato sauce was quite sweet and I would have preferred some more acidic, garlic, and spice flavors. This is definitely detroit style and it does it pretty well. Cheese was cooked fantastically. I also wish the dough was a bit more aged so it could have been more stretchy and sour and less bready. Great place for the area and for London.
