Ribalta pizza + euro win = it’s coming home

First of all, it looked incredible. The sauce is tangy and full of flavor. Not much sweetness, which I would have liked though. The dough is thin and chewy in the middle, and it gets very light, airy, bubbly, and chewy towards the crust. Not much flavor or tang to the dough/crust though. Either a smoky or tangy flavor could have brought this pie to the next level, as well as a little more sweetness to the sauce. Still, I would highly recommend getting the Marinara pie here because of the great textures and the punch of flavor.

It’s pretty hard to score any black truffle white pie below a 9.

I am generous with a 5.8 after I watched Portnoy drop a 3.2 on it. I was probably a little flustered with the waiter showing up in the middle of the review. There is no crisp at all and by the third slice I was just eating soggy zaaaa. The rating would have dropped as I continued to eat it. #onebiteeverybodyknowstherules

Yes- the New York flops a little out of control... Yes - this pizza has some grease...but this is what good pizza’s all about. Straight from Italy and bomb crust 👏🏼
