First of all, it looked incredible. The sauce is tangy and full of flavor. Not much sweetness, which I would have liked though. The dough is thin and chewy in the middle, and it gets very light, airy, bubbly, and chewy towards the crust. Not much flavor or tang to the dough/crust though. Either a smoky or tangy flavor could have brought this pie to the next level, as well as a little more sweetness to the sauce. Still, I would highly recommend getting the Marinara pie here because of the great textures and the punch of flavor.
