Got the tavern thin pizza, the sauce is sweet and the crust is kinda hard w good char. I will get the deep dish next time, maybe the score will go up. Meatballs were excellent.

Amazing! Even better fresh at the restaurant! With my niece and she said it’s a 10, no brainer! Lol

In town on vacation and needed some pizza. This was the highest rated slice in the area and it did not disappoint. Probably the best deep dish I have had.

Back to Basics™️. Cheese with extra sauce. Definitely not as good as the deep dish. The sauce still has a bit of sweet tanginess.

Talk to me about this! This is the joes classic deep dish and it is perfection! The crust is sturdy enough to hold the 50lbs of cheese and meat, but still delicious. It’s the best thing since the actual deep dish I had in Chicago.

I hate to leave such a low score because it is a nice, clean and friendly place that seems to be well ran, but the pizza is just a no for me dawg. I’ve had their Chicago pizza in the past which is about a 5 and this “Tavern” style pizza tastes like a Toombstone.

Hey Dave you gotta come to Richmond hill Georgia and check this guy out. I’m from Chicago and this is the real deal deep dish. Right on par with Giordanos. Come get this guy on the map!!! Great pizza and great atmosphere!
