Pizza Review
Ricci’s has been on my short list of places to try since moving to the area. First impression was great crisp, no flop and no grease. The first bite was good, but I didn’t really taste any tang or zest. However, as I continued to eat the pizza I realized that it didn’t need any additional flavor outside of the basic ingredients. These are all quality ingredients and it shows. The pizza was very good and is borderline your typical NY pizza and a better quality specialty($$$) pizza. I have debated this score for a bit, but I think it deserves to enter the elite. The score is held back a little because they are not 18” slices, but the quality is deserving of the score:
