Pizza Review
Alright Frankie, one bite everyone knows the rules. Overall a quality pizza. Place is new, nice decor, and clean looking inside. Pizza was made by a hispanic guy but tastes like it could’ve been made by a little old guy named Giuseppe. The bottom of the box when the pie was given to me was scorching hot which is what you want. Smell was incredible which gave unreasonably high expectations. The cheese didn’t stay on the slice as neatly as I would’ve liked and lost about 20% of cheese during slice extraction. The flavor of the sauce/cheese combo is well above average and the top side of the dough has that silky bubbly quality of a great ny slice. Slice has little to no flop, a thicker doughier pizza than some may like but thought it had a nice chew-to-crunch ratio! Only complaint is the over -flouring of the bottom side of the crust makes for a powdery texture and a blander bite than should be!
