New pizza spot in ER NY. Richie has returned to the area. The pizza has gotten better. BUT:: it is so very ordinary. Basic basic Sunday football pizza. Not sure why every pizzeria follows the same mold. Look at the size of this slice. It’s Huge! Very plain sauce and cheese. Zero wow factor. Confused why you don’t try to emulate a real Brooklyn slice. There are so many pizzerias in the area that you have to stand out to survive. You don’t. Yes he has a following but that only goes so far.
