Great crisp, NO flop. Usually Rico’s has big tomato chunks and it’s a bit off-putting if that isn’t your thing

I could make a reasonably good marble statue out of this crust.

A lot of flop! This time around it was a touch greasy. The sauce, the sauce, the sauce...tastes great, little bit of tang a rang. The cheese to sauce ratio is on point. I still have to give an honest review based on today’s visit. If it wasn’t for the limp noodle flop and touch o grease, this pizza is easily an upper 7’s but for today...it’s a 7.2

I know, rookie score, but thats what i feel it is. I work around NYC/Long Island/New Jersey and this is a respectable slice even in the city. Super crisp crust with no flop. It was slightly greasy, but it didnt drip down my hand or anything. I’d rate this slice a 7.1 if it were in NYC but when its local, i have to give a handicap. This might be one of the best, if not the best plain cheese slice i have had in Elmira/Corning area. Guiseppes right next door has an awesome Margerita pie but their plain cheese isn’t quite as good as this.

Absolutely no New York flop. Not to greasy holdable foldable football pizza with a little bit of a crisp but chewy as well. Sauce has a good flavor. IMO it will make a run for heavyweight superweight champion pizza of the 607

Holdable and foldable, sauce tastes ok, cheese was good, little greasy,
