Little adventure here Frankie but finally made a stop at Ricotta’s on Niagara and Virginia. First off, there was lots cheese that was super greasy. Lots of New York flop. That being said, it was very flavorful as well as the sauce that was outstanding. Hurt a little that the pizza had as little crust as it did. At the end of the pizza was good but not outstanding. Good football pizza for this season to watch the Buffalo Bills fuck shit up. Pepperoni was good and crisp. Nothing special to drive out of the way for but I would stop by again if I am in the area.

Ok- for a meal, sure these slices were satisfying and quelled my hunger. But did they necessarily quench my thirst I had for pizza for the week? The answer is, No.- BUT -I was SoFull™️ physically from these slices that I couldn't possibly entertain the spiritual need to have more slices until these were but a distant memory from my mind and body. Good, technically yes. Did I gain pizza enlightenment? No.

Pretty agreeable slice outta here. Sweet sauce if you're into that sorta thing. Ronis are solid too, but doughs a bit soft. Mainly because of how damn thicc these slices are.

Pretty solid slice but nothing to write home about. Unbelievable ronis on these slabs and pretty decent sauce. Would recommend a nap after eating a slice this thiccc.

Good flavored buttery crust, pretty dense, and solid cheese and pep. However, sauce coulda been more flavorful

I was here pre-COVID and unfortunately my phone died before I could submit my review. It’s been over a year, did it get better? From what I can remember, this slice is better than the first one. With that said, don’t go out of your way for this place and here’s why. The dough is fresh and after doing so many of these reviews, it really comes down to timing. That’s all I can say that’s good about the dough because somehow they burnt the crust but left the bottom undercooked. It was a very soft, doughy slice. Pepperoni was the only slice available and it’s a little spicy (I actually like spicy pepperoni). The cheese is good, standard. The sauce is seasoned well with hints of oregano and Parmesan cheese. It’s thick and not watered down. Overall, I wish their ovens were adjusted correctly because this is a much better slice than I remember. With it being so greasy and doughy, it pains me that I have to leave this pizza with a 6.5

Definitely good, I felt as if the sauce packed a little punch it would sky rocket its rating. I enjoyed it and would definitely have it again!

Alright Frankie Ricotta’s Pizza today and man what mixed emotions I got while eating this. Parts I loved and parts I didn’t. I loved the toasty pepperoni and crust. The sauce was very flavorful in a good way. The downside to this pie was the heavy cheese... just a bit too much for my liking. Also a lot of flop and grease. The pizza had some amazing flavor though and was very good. Really only thing holding this back from being in the 8’s is it was just too heavy! All in all though very very good slice and would go back if I was around the area.

Solid pizza. Very good pepperoni, great sauce. Crust could be a little crispier on the bottom, rather floppy. Would love this pizza during a football game.

Very good, surprisingly. I've never heard of this pizza until OneBite giving it a high score. Tried today and I have to say that this is one of the most delightful pizzas I've had in Buffalo. It's a little floppy but the pepperoni is so good. Crust was great on the end. Additionally, this pizza tastes exactly like Blasdell Pizza. Solid. Perfect for Football season.

Undercooked. If you let it cool down then throw it in the oven to crisp it you’re talking a solid 6.8 classic buffalo pizza.
