This was a really nice slice of pizza. The cheese was fantastic. It was such a strong mixture of flavors and it was stringy & stretchy. I quite liked it. It covered most of the sauce until the end, at which point it was a bit sweet. The crust was strong, steady, and crunchy.

Regular: dough is really crispy and seems to have breadcrumbs around the crust and makes it even more crispy toward the crust. Sauce tastes good. Cheese tastes pretty good, too. My only critique is that the sauce to Cheese ratio is a little off. In my opinion, I prefer more sauce to cheese, but still, this is a real good slice.8.1 Upside-down: Really good cook on the dough. Every bite is crispy. Sauce tastes good, just a little to much garlic for my taste, but all and all a very good Upside-down. 8.3

Sold out of regular at lunch time so had to go with a corner Grandma. Very light and fluffy with a mix of shredded Mozz and fresh Mozz. Not a ton of a flavor but a pretty decent slice.

So this was a real surprise! Especially the upside down Sicilian. It was one of the best slices of Sicilian I've ever had, and I've had some of the best in the tri-state area. This was pillowy, towering, fluffy, and sultry. This Sicilian had a rich tomato sauce and a great crispy bottom with great height in the slice. They're proofing their dough perfectly for a rise, crumb, and crisp like that. The generous Parmesan cheese is an added bonus. 8.4 on the Sicilian- unfortunately the reg slice was a basic 6.3- except for the crust. The crust was fantastic! Really crunchy and flavorful with nice char.

Solid slice, they say they have the best crust but I’d just say it’s above average.

Decent slice. I like the crust. Can’t put my finger on it but it was just a bit standard/nothing special. Good slice just nothing that makes it stand out.

Great crust

Big New York Flop. Slice was ehh. Sauce was ok, nothing great. Cheese was greasy. Best part about the slice was the crust.

One of my go-to spots when I’m on Long Island.
