Riko's Pizza

First off, these are *very* thin slices, very oily also and kind of small. They’re good, and the style is unlike most places on Long Island. It’s a nice change every once in a while. But there was so much burnt cheese from the oven on the bottom of the sliced, that the burnt flavor overpowered the flavors of the slices. Not cleaning out the pizza oven is the laziest way to ruin a slice.
