Pizza Review
This is an underrated North End spot. Traditional thin crust cooked in a Neapolitan style wood fired pizza oven, and awkwardly cut into squares. All of it combines to make a good slice of pizza. The oven allowed for the crust to be crisp on the outside while airy on the inside. Quailty sauce and cheese. The square cut made it very easy to taco the pizza. As you can see from the photo it has some NY flop.
