Served hot in 2-3 minutes with a good crisp and a little New Paltz flop. The sauce is 100% spot on with a solid tang and seasoning that is on point. The mozzarella is high quality and is cooked perfectly. The dough recipe is old school with awesome crunch and great buttery lightness. On first bite I thought immediately that this is old world pizza. This is a Very, very good slice. Pro Tip: ask to have the slice cooked extra hot. The extra few minutes will tighten up the cheese and bring out its quality.
